Dr. Saba Baig-Gehlen is a board-certified pharmacist in diabetes education, community pharmacy manager, and founder of Haven Integrative Health, with a special interest in women’s health, acne management, and preventative wellness. She provides comprehensive women’s health assessments to identify and address commonly overlooked contributors to symptoms, including iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid concerns, and hormonal changes. She also offers expert contraception counseling and personalized treatment recommendations.

Dr. Baig-Gehlen earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree, with a focus on preventative health, from Simon Fraser University. With prescriptive authority in British Columbia, she provides prescription-grade acne therapies and skincare recommendations to help improve acne and support healthy aging.

She works closely with endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals to provide ongoing support for individuals living with diabetes and the complex challenges associated with diabetes management. Dr. Baig-Gehlen has completed advanced training through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine and works alongside Haven Integrative Health’s Medical Director, naturopathic physicians, and registered nurses to offer evidence-based IV nutrient therapy and vitamin injections designed to support wellness, recovery, energy, and longevity.

She is also a member of The Menopause Society and provides evidence-based guidance to support women through perimenopause and menopause, including hormone therapy and non-hormonal treatment options.
